Job Description
Administrative Duties:
Perform general administrative duties such as document preparation, data entry, printing, scanning, photocopying, and filing.
Monitor and manage office inventory and stationery supplies; raise purchase requests when needed.
Support Admin and HR departments with document coordination, staff attendance tracking,
Assist in maintaining organized filing systems (physical and digital) for company records and correspondences.
Coordinate with building management or service vendors for basic office maintenance matters.
Liaise with internal departments and external parties to ensure smooth flow of operations.
Assist with preparation of simple reports or letters when needed.
Responsible for managing meeting room bookings, ensuring availability, cleanliness, and readiness of meeting rooms for internal and external use.
Ensure meeting rooms are kept tidy and presentable at all times.
Front Desk Duties:
Greet and welcome all visitors, clients, vendors, and staff in a warm and professional manner.
Manage the main telephone line: answer calls, screen and transfer to relevant staff, and take accurate messages.
Handle all incoming and outgoing mail, courier parcels, and deliveries.
Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the reception area.
Job Requirements
Minimum qualification: SPM or Certificate in Office Administration / Business / Secretarial or related field.
Diploma holders are encouraged to apply – potential for future career growth within the company.
Fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are welcome to apply.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English (written and spoken).
Pleasant personality with professional appearance.
Able to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain confidentiality.
Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and discipline.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
