PDC Telecommunication Services Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of the state-owned Penang Development Corporation (PDC) is a Network Facilities Provider Licensee registered with the Malaysian Communication and Multimedia Commision (MCMC) under Section 30 and 126 of the Communications and Multimedia Act, 1998.
